Murrysville Window and Door Company Awarded Prestigious Better Business Bureau Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics
Energy Swing Windows Earns Honor for Second Time in Four Years
Energy Swing Windows of Murrysville has recently been named the 2012 recipient of the Western Pennsylvania Better Business Bureau’s Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics. This is the second time the company has been honored with the distinction.
Originally honored by the BBB in 2008, Energy Swing Windows received this second distinction in a public ceremony held at their showroom and manufacturing facility on Tuesday, December 4th at 12:00 pm.
The Torch Awards are presented annually to honor businesses that provide excellent customer service and put ethics at the forefront of each business decision. Nominees for the award are judged on several pieces of criteria, including: ethical management, history, reputation, awards, and community involvement.
Independent Judges Decide
The winners are chosen by an independent panel of judges appointed by the Better Business Bureau.
When asked his thoughts on winning this prestigious award, Energy Swing Windows owner Steve Rennekamp responded, “I am extremely proud to receive this honor for a second time – not because of the recognition, which is nice, but more so because it is a reflection that we must be doing the right things, in the right way for our clients. We have a team that delivers because they recognize and strive to provide real value. The recognition that means the most to us is what our clients say about us.”
“We deliver what we say – and then some. Everyone in the company understands our culture of always working to do the right thing.”
